It's hard to know where to start with Russ Kane . He is a human dynamo that never seems to stop .

Just some of Russ's achievements include 20 years on Capital FM as The Flying Eye . Russ performs a stand up comedy show called Kaned Laughter with performances at The Edinburgh Festival , London and Los Angeles .

He is also an author and has written  a highly acclaimed novel called the Gatekeeper .  Russ is the co-founder of Men's Radio Station and a director of Women's Radio station .
